Be present in your life
121 MBSR COURSE
While there is a lot to be gained from participating in a group MBSR course, you may prefer the 121 approach. I offer the full experience of the 8 week MBSR course in a 121 setting This can be done either face to face or online.
Embedding Mindfulness practice
ALL DAY RETREAT
I offer an all day retreat as part of the 8 week MBSR course. The aim of this day is to really embed mindfulness practice as part of your daily life. This all day treat is also open to people who are not part of the 8 week course and provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a day of Mindfulness and can serve as a great taster session. It can also be used as a refresher for people who have already attended a Mindfulness course either with me or other practitioners.

Based in both Plymouth and London, I am Mike Flynn a Mindfulness Based Awareness Coach specialising in delivering courses in mindfulness and 121 coaching. I originally became interested in mindfulness as I explored ways of dealing with the Stress in my life. I did an eight week MBSR course (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and found it made a huge difference to my life and to put it simply I wanted to share this brilliant tool with other people and therefore trained to deliver/facilitate mindfulness courses and that’s where I am today.
